Amateur Level Athlete One-on-One Training
This training is meant for all athletic levels that are not considered Semi Pro or Professional e.g., High-school athletes or for those training and preparing to enter a competitive sport (this can include beginner athletes or amateur level athletes). This is a higher intensity style of training with the goal of preparing the amateur athlete to perform at a more elite level by taking on a more upgraded style of training regimen. These sessions are meant to sharpen the fundamentals and polish the athlete’s mechanics, footwork, agility, speed, motor function, and hand-eye coordination. Additional emphasis will be placed on complex strength and performance training, advanced muscle activation, athletic strategy, and dynamic balance training.
