This training is focused on athletes between the ages of 8 to 16. This style of training will usually consist of educating the athlete on the proper movement and running mechanics, developing basics in footwork, agility, speed, motor function, and hand-eye coordination. Trainings may also focus on catching and throwing basics, building exercise tolerance, sportsmanship, as well as flexibility and balance techniques.
