Triple cord athletics is a holistic fitness program specifically designed for athletes of all levels and ages (e.g., from beginners to professional athletes). The meaning behind triple cord athletics is based on a philosophy grounded from three important pillars required for true athletic success: spirit, mental, and physical strength. All three pillars are held and supported by one another with spiritual strength being the center of the foundation, as spiritual strength is what ultimately governs your mental and physical state. Being actively in-tune with each of these three pillars is what sets a good athlete apart from a great athlete.

Triple Cord Athletics mentors youth and professional athletes on becoming the absolute best version of themselves, and not just as an athlete but, as a human being! Triple Cord Athletics guides each athlete on how to overcome failures and face adversity. The program also strives in building many attributes such as your confidence, discipline, respect, character, and work ethic.  We continue to build on your individual strengths and fine-tune your weaknesses. To unlock your full potential, Triple Cord Athletics educates each individual athlete on how to properly workout, maximize your recovery, and how to eat the right type of foods that rejuvenates and recovers your mental and physical and state!
